The Garrison Mill Fall Festival is THIS FRIDAY! Yay! We will be helping out with things like Sand Art, Face Painting, the giant Moon-Bounce and Slide things, and much more. When you arrive (somewhere around 4:45), check to see Lauren at the Volunteer Booth we should have to see what you're supposed to be working on. Again, the festival ends around 8, though it may be a little longer due to the fact that we might help out to clean up. If you can only come for part of the time, please do! We need all the help we can get :)

The Make a Wish 5K is not this Saturday, but next: the 13th. On the registration form, please bring in the $12 group fee. This needs to be turned in by next Monday, October 8th, so we can get everyone registered on time. Thank you!

Remember what we said about the Induction Ceremony being October 17th? We lied, hahaha. Since that is an early release day, we are going to try to make it be October 18th instead, but we need to get the permission for the Outdoor Classroom then. There will be pizza, drinks, and games for new and old members, but you must have your dues and paperwork turned in by October 15th. Thank you!

PAPERWORK: You NEED to have this in by the Garrison Mill Fall Festival. We can't let you go anywhere if we don't have your insurance or permission forms. So please get them in ASAP!

Student of the Month starts this month. By going to meetings and events, you get certain amounts of points. Whoever gets the most points and/or whoever gets voted on by the club will win; we are thinking about getting gift cards to a place for you! So participate to win!

Finally, we are thinking about doing a candy drive for Halloween. After/Around Halloween, please save any extra candy that you get (or even things you don't want) to donate to cancer patients. Thank you!
